Your Case Review can be done via phone or Skype.

1. What is a case review?

Answer: A Case Review is an in depth screening for the underlying causes of chronic symptoms. Reviewing history, labs and metabolic assessment forms will quickly help us to identify the underlying patterns contributing to your imbalance. A case review includes:

  • Review of your medical history and functional analysis of lab work.
  • Metabolic assessment.
  • Recommendations for significant tests.
  • A personalized treatment plan including appropriate meal templates.

2. What are your follow up fees?

Answer: To monitor your progress, we can schedule follow up consultations to review test results and progress as often as needed. Follow up consultations will be billed in 15-minute increments at the hourly rate $300.

3. How long do patients typically work with you?
Answer: Many patients need only 2 consultations, one for case review and test recommendations and one for follow up and interpretation of results. Other patients need 3-6 months of follow up and others may need 1 to 2 years of follow up.

4. How much will I spend on testing and where can I order the tests?
Answer: Testing costs can be from $95 –$1000 depending on what you need. If you cannot secure these tests from your own health care provider, you can order them easily and securely from our labs page.

5. Where do the sessions take place?
Answer: The consultations take place via Skype or on the phone.

6. Do you accept insurance for consulting services or lab work fees?
Answer: We do not accept insurance coverage for consulting services. All payments for lab work are paid directly to the Labs that we use.

7.  What is your cancellation policy for appointments?
Answer: We need notice. If an appointment has been made for a consultation and is cancelled within a 48 hour period, you will be charged the cost of the appointment that you signed up for. No exceptions.
