90-Min Case Review

90-MINUTE CASE REVIEW WITH HISTORY + LAB INTERPRETATION: Have you already completed blood and lab work and still need to connect all the dots of your health?  Let’s spend 90 minutes reviewing your history and lab work to uncover the root causes of your condition. Functional lab analysis will be used to assess the problem areas of your health. Once you pay, we will schedule your appointment and send you intake forms to fill out and return to our office via e-mail.

WHAT YOU GET: 90 minute session via phone or Skype, Full History and Case Review, review of history, analysis and interpretation of any existing lab work with recommendations for further significant tests.
