Welcome! My name is Anne Angelone. I am a licensed acupuncturist, herbalist and meditation teacher. If you are interested in meditation and immune system balance, I invite you to join me in this 6 week healing meditation journey.

HOW THIS WORKS Over the next 6 weeks, you will receive 5 weekly webinars including 1 powerpoint class webinar plus 4 practice sessions per week (sound baths, mantra meditations, ambient sound meditations and guided meditations). All webinar replays will be available to view at any time - forever. Session pdfs are delivered along with the webinars via weekly e-mails. Weeks 1-6

MEDITATION MEDICINE In the next 6 weeks we will explore powerful techniques from the Buddhist, Yogic, and Taoist traditions for self realization, healing and immune system balance. You wil be able to experience the benefits of meditation, breathing, sound, mantra and mindfulness technique to personalize your practice.

Take your healing to the next level. Learn how to leverage awareness over your inner saboteur and work in alliance with your body vs. battling it. 

WEEK 1: WAKING UP 

Introduction to Meditation video class. Learn the art and science of meditation and mindfulness. Enjoy guided meditations and sound meditations.

WEEK 2: WAKING DOWN  

Mindful breath and body scanning video class. Learn to master the relaxation response. Enjoy progressive relaxation with music and sound meditations.

WEEK 3: BREATHE  

Video class on breathing techniques. Learn and practice pranayama breathing. Enjoy guided meditations and sound meditations.

WEEK 4: LISTEN  

Video classes about sound and mantra meditation. Enjoy multiple sound meditations and mantra meditations.

WEEK 5: VISUALIZE

Video class on the benefits of visualization. This week includes Taoist and Qi Gong visualizations plus sound and guided meditations. 

WEEK 6: TRANSCEND  

Video class on transcending the waking state of consciousness and Yoga. Enjoy forgiveness and compassion meditations, sound meditations and Happiness Hour.
